March 1st – Broker Xpress – 60 Hour - Broker Pre-license Course. Tuition - $399 WGBOR Members - $425 non-members. (Dates: March 1, 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30 – 9am-4pm each day; School Exam: April 6th – 9 am.) Instructor: Joe Kennedy
March 3rd – NAR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification Program (ABR Elective). Tuition $99; (9am-4pm) Instructor: Joe Kennedy. (Tuition eligible for tuition reimbursement through the GAR Scholarship Foundation – NAR/SFR Certification Application fee of $175 waived until 3/31/2010 – enroll today… seating will be limited!)
March 16th - Mastering the Real Estate Game – 25-Hour Post-License Course. Tuition - $145 WGBOR Members - $165 non-members. (Dates: 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, and 27 – Exam – March 30th) This is an evening and Saturday format. Evening classes meet from 6-9pm and Saturday classes – 9am-4pm. Instructor: Joe Kennedy

2010 Westside Homebuyer’s Directory!
Today, more than ever, it is vital that WESTSIDE housing industry professionals work together to survive the economic challenges with which we are faced. With this in mind, the Westside Home Builders Association, West Georgia Board of Realtors and the West Metro Board of Realtors are collaborating on an exciting new project – the 2010 Westside Homebuyer’s Directory!
A full color, 44-page professionally designed and produced publication, the Directory will serve as a product and services resource guide for our members. In addition to information on our association and its membership, the Directory will include articles and information to promote our members, industry and community to housing consumers.
The Directory will be divided into separate sections promoting each association and its membership. Members will receive a complimentary listing in the Directory as follows:
BROKERS Company, Name, Address, Phone, Fax, Email & Website Address
REALTORS Listed under their Broker & will include Name & Phone Number
AFFILIATES Listed by Business Category & will include Company Name & Phone Number
To be included in the Directory, your 2010 dues must be paid in full not later than January 15, 2010.

Non-Dues Revenue!
We are set up at both Autobuff Express locations (Douglas Blvd and Highway 92 at Hospital Drive) with a code 2580 (straight down the keypad) for all agents/ spouses/ affiliates/ etc. When you drive up, you enter the 2580 code and you will be purchasing a $12 Platinum Plus wash for only $10. The board would actually get $2 cash back for each wash, too.They will send a check to us monthly.
