When do I take the Ethics Course?

Every four years, all REALTORS ® must complete ethics training.

New licensees must take the Code of Ethics Class before becoming REALTORS ® , during new-member orientation. The West Georgia Board of Realtors grants "provisional memberships," which allow new members to meet such requirements after joining.

The Ethics course is $25; but that charge is waived if you (and/or your agents) take and pass the course during the first quarter offered after you join!

For Ethics Classes see Education Page

REALTOR.org features a free, online course that's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. (At the Education page, click here for the Quadrennial Online Ethics Course .)
