When do I take the Ethics Course?

Every four years, all REALTORS ® must complete ethics training.

New licensees must take the Code of Ethics Class before becoming REALTORS ® , during new-member orientation. The West Georgia Board of Realtors grants "provisional memberships," which allow new members to meet such requirements after joining.

The Ethics course is $25; but that charge is waived if you (and/or your agents) take and pass the course during the first quarter offered after you join! We are required to maintain NAR Quadrennial Ethics records, and 2005 was the first year of the second cycle. We will need proof of class taken before the end of 2008.

For Ethics Classes see Education Page or Calendar

REALTOR.org features a free, online course that's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. (At the Education page, click here for the Quadrennial Online Ethics Course .)

When are the Dues Renewed?

2009 Dues are due by October 31, 2008

Dues renewals can be paid online with a credit card at www.realtor.org
